Free printable golf card templates for junior golf (PGA Jr League, US Kids, AJGA), school teams, club championships, member-guests, and the regular foursome. Golf is the legacy sport — careers measured in decades, foursomes that play together for thirty years, club champions named on the locker-room plaque next to the 1962 winner. The cards live in that long-arc culture. Use them for the junior-golf end-of-season trophy banquet, the club-championship gift, the member-guest pairing card, the regular Saturday foursome’s anniversary year, or the kid who just got his first hole-in-one and needs to remember the date.

The Team field works for the club name, the tournament name, or the foursome’s nickname (“The Saturday Hackers”). The Position field is freeform — current handicap, tournament title, or a stat (“Low round 67”). PDF generates in the browser; no upload, no account, no watermark.

Cards for every kind of golf life

Golf is played by an unusually wide age range — 7-year-old US Kids tournament players and 87-year-old club seniors play the same sport. The cards adapt:

Junior golfer (US Kids / PGA Jr League / AJGA). Use the Team sheet for the team-stroke-play roster. Position field = age division. Print 9-up at the start of the season for the parents’ booklet.
High school team. Team sheet for varsity + JV. Position field = handicap or class year. Hand out the Enlarged for senior night at the conference championship.
Club champion. One Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ for the champion of each flight. Frame, present at the awards dinner. The pro shop posts a sheet with all flight winners on the locker-room wall — the 9-up Team sheet is purpose-built for this.
Member-guest pairing gift. Many member-guest tournaments give each guest a card with their host’s name and the tournament year. The card stays on the guest’s home-club locker bulletin for the year.
Foursome anniversary. One Enlarged per member of a long-running foursome, with the year established (“Saturday Hackers Since 1998”) in the team field. Sign the back. Locker-room wall keepsake.
Hole-in-one print. Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ with the date and course in the position field. Frame next to the witnessed scorecard. The cards become how golfers tell their best stories thirty years later.

Frequently asked questions

Can I include my handicap on the card?

Yes — most golf cards put the handicap in the position field. Either the index ("5.4") or the rounded ("5") works. Some clubs use "Scratch" or "+1" for plus-handicap players. For junior golfers without an established index, write age division ("Boys 12-13", "Girls 14-15").

Are these good for a hole-in-one keepsake?

Yes — popular use case. Print an Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ with the player's photo from the round, the date, the course, and the hole number. Frame it. The card sits in the basement next to the framed scorecard with the witness signatures.

What about for a club championship gift?

Print one Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ for the champion with "Club Champion 2026" in the position field. Some clubs print one per flight winner (Championship Flight, A Flight, B Flight, C Flight, Senior Flight, Super-Senior, Women's Champion). Senior member-guest tournaments use the cards as the player gift.

Will the Normal 2.5″ × 3.5″ fit ?

Yes. Same trading-card / business-card size — four cards per US Letter sheet with cut lines. The Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ keepsake size fits a 4×6 frame and is the most common pick for the gift-giving use cases.

Are these good for a regular foursome's anniversary?

Underrated use case. A foursome that's been playing together for 20+ years prints one Enlarged card per member with the anniversary year, signs them, and keeps a stack at home or in the locker. The Team field works for "The Saturday Hackers Since 1995" or whatever the foursome calls itself.
