Seven themed printables.
One thing that always helps.
Frequently asked questions.
Are these themed templates really free?
Yes — every Apollo bunco template, themed or default, is free. No signup, no watermark, no email required. Print as many as you need for league night, ladies night, fundraisers, holiday parties, or whatever brings the group together.
Do I need special software to use them?
No. Each template is a standard PDF that opens and prints in any browser, Acrobat Reader, or macOS Preview. The score card, table tally, and invitations are also fillable — type into the fields in any PDF reader before printing.
Can I play bunco with fewer than 12 players?
Yes — 8 or 11 players are common variations. With 11, the empty seat uses the Ghost Card (included in this kit) so the rotation still works. With 8, drop one of the three tables and rotate between just two.
Should we swap bunco prizes for a gift exchange?
Many groups do both — keep the standard bunco prizes (Most Wins / Most BUNCOs / Most Losses) and add a $10-$15 white elephant. The night's bunco champion picks first from the white elephant pile, then gifting goes around in order of finish.
Cookies, cocktails, or both?
Both. A holiday cookie swap pairs naturally — each guest brings a dozen of one kind, takes home a mixed dozen at the end. Add a hot toddy bar or a mulled wine slow-cooker. The cookie part doubles as a take-home prize.
When in December should we play?
Early-to-mid December — schedules tighten fast after the 15th. Pick the date 2 months ahead, not 2 weeks. Many groups do the second Tuesday of December to dodge holiday-week chaos and gift-shopping panic.
