Seven themed printables.
One thing that always helps.
Frequently asked questions.
Are these themed templates really free?
Yes — every Apollo bunco template, themed or default, is free. No signup, no watermark, no email required. Print as many as you need for league night, ladies night, fundraisers, holiday parties, or whatever brings the group together.
Do I need special software to use them?
No. Each template is a standard PDF that opens and prints in any browser, Acrobat Reader, or macOS Preview. The score card, table tally, and invitations are also fillable — type into the fields in any PDF reader before printing.
Can I play bunco with fewer than 12 players?
Yes — 8 or 11 players are common variations. With 11, the empty seat uses the Ghost Card (included in this kit) so the rotation still works. With 8, drop one of the three tables and rotate between just two.
Music for a Boot Scootin' Bunco night?
Country playlist on low — modern (Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Zach Bryan) or classic (Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, Dolly). Volume matters: low enough that everyone can call "BUNCO!" without competing with the speakers.
Is it tacky to do western prizes?
Not if you commit. Mason-jar candles, leather coasters, a bottle of bourbon, a cowgirl hat for the night's biggest winner. Halfway-tacky is tacky; full-commitment-tacky is fun. Lean in or skip the theme.
What if guests don't have boots?
Don't gatekeep. The theme is the kit + the music + the snacks + the attitude. Anyone in jeans with a smile is dressed for Boot Scootin' Bunco. (Bonus points to whoever shows up in actual cowboy boots, but never required.)
