Seven themed printables.
One thing that always helps.
Frequently asked questions.
Are these themed templates really free?
Yes — every Apollo bunco template, themed or default, is free. No signup, no watermark, no email required. Print as many as you need for league night, ladies night, fundraisers, holiday parties, or whatever brings the group together.
Do I need special software to use them?
No. Each template is a standard PDF that opens and prints in any browser, Acrobat Reader, or macOS Preview. The score card, table tally, and invitations are also fillable — type into the fields in any PDF reader before printing.
Can I play bunco with fewer than 12 players?
Yes — 8 or 11 players are common variations. With 11, the empty seat uses the Ghost Card (included in this kit) so the rotation still works. With 8, drop one of the three tables and rotate between just two.
Should guests come in costume?
Optional but encouraged. "Costume-light" works best — one accessory or themed shirt, not a full getup. Frees the hands for dice rolling. (A pair of vampire fangs makes calling "BUNCO!" significantly more fun.)
Can kids join this themed kit?
Bunco is technically an adult game, but kids 10+ can play if you simplify (3 sets instead of 4, drop the cash dues). The Halloween theme is family-friendly — pumpkins and candy beat anything too gory.
What spooky food works without ruining the dice?
Mummy-wrapped hot dogs, deviled eggs with olive eyes, pretzel-stick "witches' brooms" with chive bristles, dirt-cup desserts. Avoid anything sticky or red-staining — no spaghetti as worms, trust us. Witches' brew punch is fine if served in clear cups.
