How to use

Add a photo, add the name, print.

  1. Open the PDF in your browser or any PDF viewer.
  2. Click the center of the card to attach a photo. A JPG works best — we recommend cropping the top or bottom ~20% of a typical photo so the aspect ratio fits the card without stretching.
  3. Fill in the player’s name, number, and team in the fields below the photo.
  4. Print on a heavier card stock for a finished-product feel.
Saving edits: Adobe Reader only saves a filled PDF if you have Acrobat Pro. Otherwise, print directly — or use “Print to PDF” from your OS to keep a filled copy.
