House Divided & Rivalry Party Invitations

Two invitations for a rivalry game watched with fans of both sides: House Divided, a house split down the middle in two colors with rival pennants flying from each half and a football on the step, badged Rivalry Week; and Rivalry Party, two foam fingers crossed like swords over a football, badged Pick a Side. House Divided opens in Crimson & Cream and Rivalry Party in Red & Navy.

Hosting tip
Seat each side on its own couch and set out a snack in each team's colors; it turns the rivalry into the decorations. Ask guests to reply with their side so you can plan the seating.
How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. Type the hosts' names, the date, the kickoff time and the place; no school names or mascots appear on the cards, so pick the palette closest to your school's colors. The back has room for the line a game day needs: wear your colors, blankets on the lawn, or pick a side at the door.

Pick one of the three team-color palettes drawn for the design, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG to text or email, or a Word file. For more lines to put on the card, see the football party wording ideas and the football party etiquette guide.
