Tips for the best result
Use a high-quality photo. The image is rendered at print resolution, so a large source picture prints crisp. If your photo looks pixelated on screen it will look worse when printed.
Horizontal photos look best. The photo is placed in the top area of the page. A landscape-orientation image (wider than tall) fills that space without empty bars.
Print on US Letter paper. The generated PDF is sized for standard 8.5 × 11" Letter paper so it works with any home or office printer.
Frequently asked questions
Will my photo be uploaded anywhere?
No. The photo is loaded into your browser only — the calendar PDF is generated locally on your machine and the image never travels to any server. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the generator still works.
What's the difference between the four photo calendar layouts?
This page is the bigger-photo layout: a large portrait photo on top with a compact calendar grid beneath. The bigger-calendar version flips the proportions for a roomier grid. The side-photo version puts a fixed 4×6 photo to the left or right in landscape. The full-year version produces all 12 months as a printable photo book.
What software do I need to use the printed PDF?
Any PDF reader works for printing — Adobe Reader, macOS Preview, Chrome, Firefox, or any mobile PDF viewer. To type events into the date cells you need a viewer that supports fillable PDF forms (most do, including Reader and Preview).
Can I print it for any month or year?
Yes — pick any month from January 2025 onward through several years out. Holidays auto-shift to the correct dates for the year you choose.
What size paper does it print on?
US Letter (8.5 × 11"). It works with any home or office printer. For best photo quality use a higher-DPI source image and your printer's photo or best-quality setting.
