Make the ticket do the explaining

The diaper raffle only works if guests know about it before they shop, so the ticket usually rides along inside the invitation. Keep the wording on the ticket itself — what to bring, what they might win — and nobody has to ask the host what the slip of paper is for. The pre-filled text does that out of the box; add the parents' preferred diaper size if they have one, because a mountain of newborn-size diapers is a sweet problem but still a problem.

Host tip: print a ticket per pack, not per guest — guests who bring two packs get two chances, which quietly rewards generosity and empties the diaper aisle.

The Baby style — soft scallops, bunting and a safety-pin corner — is already selected when this page opens; School Fun turns the same ticket into something for a kids'-party raffle, and Carnival suits a couples' shower with a county-fair vibe. For colors, the accent swatches cover the classics — rose, sky, sage — and the rainbow well matches any palette the shower already has.

Free printable baby shower diaper raffle tickets — girl, boy or neutral

Two diaper raffle tickets on a sheet, Baby style with scalloped frame and safety-pin corners in pink, numbered 0042 with a stub for the guest name

Most diaper raffle printouts online are a single fixed design: not editable, not numbered, no stub. These are the opposite. The wording is pre-filled and the Baby style opens by default, but the colours are yours — pick a pink accent for a girl shower, a blue for a boy, sage or gold for a neutral one — and the shower name, date and any line about the prize are typed in, not pasted over. The safety-pin corners, scallops and bunting are the same whatever the palette, so a “pink and gold” ticket and a nautical-blue ticket come from the same maker.

One honest note: there is no elephant, monkey or pumpkin artwork here. If the shower has a character theme, the Baby style stays neutral and the colours carry the theme. What you do get that the character printables do not is a number on every ticket and a matching stub for the guest’s name, so the drawing at the end is fair and quick. The same engine makes 50/50 raffle tickets and Christmas raffle tickets, or the plain classic raffle ticket generator if you would rather write the wording yourself.

Questions

How does a diaper raffle work?

Guests bring a pack of diapers to the shower and get a raffle ticket for each pack. At some point during the party you draw a stub and the winner takes a prize. The parents-to-be leave with a stockpile of diapers, and the tickets make the exchange feel like a game instead of a request.

What should the ticket say?

The generator arrives pre-worded: the headline says Diaper Raffle, the prize line explains "bring a pack of diapers, win a prize", and the extra line asks guests to put their name on the stub. Swap any of it — some hosts add the shower date or the size of diapers the parents prefer.

Do diaper raffle tickets need numbers?

Numbers aren't legally required for a party game the way they are for charity raffles, but they still help: handing ticket 037 to the guest who brought three packs, and dropping matching stubs in the jar, keeps the draw fair without anyone writing names twice.

How many should I print?

One per expected pack of diapers, plus spares — 50 tickets covers most showers, and the count control goes up to 500 if you're printing for a very big party or several showers at once.

Where do I put the tickets?

Most hosts tuck one inside each invitation with a line like "bring a pack of diapers for a chance to win". Print the 8-up large layout if the ticket doubles as an invitation insert — it's easier to read at a glance.
