Christmas Bingo

A complete Christmas bingo kit: full-color illustrated player cards, cut-out calling cards, a master call sheet, and printable markers. Pick from three card designs. Cozy Cabin leans rustic (plaid and holly). Modern Noël is the grown-up option (forest green with gold borders). Candy Cane is the kid favorite (bright stripes and cheery trees). Boards are randomized for every player, so no two guests get the same card. Drop in your own logo if you want, choose a marker color, and download three PDFs that together make the whole game.

Most players use beans, coins, or chips — they’re easier to handle than paper. If you want printable markers too, download the sheet.

How to play on Christmas Day

Pace the rounds between gift exchanges.

The Christmas-morning trick is using bingo as the wait-for-Aunt-Carol activity. Hand the cards out as soon as people sit down with their coffee, run two rounds before the first gift is unwrapped, then a third round after the gift exchange while the wrapping paper is being bagged up. It keeps the kids occupied and the slow gift-openers from feeling rushed.

Wrapped candy makes a better marker than printed chips on Christmas Day. Spare ornaments work too. For the kids’ table, run a separate parallel game with one or two callers so the smallest players win their own round before the adults finish theirs.

Skip-the-cutting tip. Page 2 of the Calling Cards PDF is a Master Call Sheet listing every item on one page. Print just that page, pick items in any order, and cross them off with a pen as you call them. No scissors required.
Common questions

Christmas bingo, frequently asked.

Can I print these on regular paper or do I need cardstock?

Plain US Letter copy paper is fine. The illustrated cards print cleanly on any inkjet or laser printer. If you want the cards to last past the dishes being cleared, run them through a laminator or print on 65lb cardstock.

How many unique Christmas bingo cards can I generate?

Up to 50 randomized cards in a single PDF, which covers most family gatherings and small office parties. The randomizer reshuffles every time you click Generate, so a second click gets you a fresh batch.

Are the prompts kid-appropriate or geared toward adults?

All three styles use the same illustrated icons (stockings, snowmen, gingerbread, candy canes, reindeer) so they read comfortably for a five-year-old at a school party and for grandparents at Christmas dinner. The Modern Noël design just looks more grown-up.

Do I need to sign up or pay anything?

No. Click Generate, click Download, print. There’s no email gate, no watermark on the PDF, no per-day cap.

Can I run the game without cutting out the calling cards?

Yes. Page 2 of the Calling Cards PDF is a Master Call Sheet listing every item. Print just that page, cross off items as you call them, and skip the scissors entirely.

Who plays

One game, three rooms.

Teachers run Christmas bingo on the last day of term, before winter break. Church groups use it after the service or at the kids’ nativity rehearsal. Office party planners hand cards out as guests arrive at the holiday lunch. And families pull it out after Christmas dinner once everyone is too full to move. Each printed card is randomized, so the game can keep going long after a single static printable would have stalled.

For the office holiday party

Pick the Modern Noëldesign, drop in your company logo via the FREE square, and run a round once everyone has a drink. It’s the lowest-pressure way to break up the stand-around-and-eat phase of an office holiday lunch, and the cards become disposable conversation starters between coworkers who don’t share a Slack channel.

For Christmas morning with the kids

The Candy Cane design is built for it: bright, friendly, and illustrated. Hand the cards out as soon as the kids sit down for cocoa, run a fast round before the first present, and the room stays manageable while the slow gift- openers catch up. Wrapped candy or spare ornaments make better markers than printed chips.

For a faith-community gathering

Church groups use Christmas bingo after the service, at the kids’ nativity rehearsal, or as a between-the-services activity in the parish hall. The illustrated icons (stars, candles, evergreen, manger scenes) read across all ages and traditions, and the game runs in twenty minutes whether you have eight kids or eighty.

For an adult Christmas dinner

Pick the Modern Noël or Cozy Cabindesign, print one card per guest, and pair it with a small wrapped prize for the first “bingo!” It works as a ten- minute grown-up activity at a holiday dinner, a Friendsgiving, or a December book-club meeting.

For the school classroom party

Teachers print a stack of Candy Canecards the morning of the party, hand out chips or M&M’s as markers, and run a few rounds in twenty minutes. Everything is grade-school appropriate and prints on plain US Letter paper.

Christmas bingo sits inside the wider tradition of Christmas family games — charades, secret Santa, the carol-name guessing one your aunt insists on — and slots in alongside them as the activity that everyone already knows how to play.
