Baseball diaper raffle tickets
A bat and ball in the corner, pennants along the bottom edge and stitch marks down the stub divider. The sports shower is nearly always baseball, so that is what this is; red-and-navy by default, team colours if you have them. Numbered on both halves with a name line.
The stub keeps the same number as the ticket. Buyer-info lines satisfy the states that require name, address and phone on the retained half.
100 tickets · Nº 001 through 100 · = 10 sheets of 10
Prints edge-to-edge on Avery 16154 tear-away stock (and 16795, 76154, 95288, 99154) — no cutting. Proof one page on plain paper first, hold it against the stock, and use “Flip stub end” or the nudge arrows if your printer lands a hair off. Print at 100% / Actual Size — never “Fit to page.”
10 vertical tickets per letter sheet — the Avery 16154 grid, edge to edge. Preview fonts are approximate — the PDF embeds the real ones.

Team colours
Red stitching on a navy ink is the default because that is what a baseball looks like on paper. If the shower is for a team household, put the team's two colours in the picker: the pennants, the ball's stitching and the stub marks take the accent; the bat, the frame and the text take the ink. Green-and-gold, orange-and-black, blue-and-white all work.
The ball is drawn in two colours — the sphere in the ink, the stitches in the accent — so in one colour it still reads as a baseball.
Rookie wording
"A Little Slugger Is on the Way," "Rookie of the Year," "Baby Shower for Coach Dad" — the eyebrow line takes the theme, the headline stays Diaper Raffle, and the prize line carries the instruction. "Hit a home run — bring a pack of diapers" is the line half the invitations use.
Numbering, stub and layouts are the same as every ticket here; if the shower is a big co-ed one, set the count high and let the sequence run.
Questions
Is this a baseball or a general sports diaper raffle ticket?
Baseball — bat, ball, pennants and stitching. It is the sports theme people actually search for; a football or basketball shower would want different artwork.
Can I use my team's colours?
Yes. The accent and ink are pickers; put the team's two colours in and the pennants, stitches and stub marks take the accent while the bat and frame take the ink.
Does it work for a co-ed shower?
Baseball is the one theme that is usually co-ed. The numbering and stub work the same at any size; set the count and print.
Avery stock or plain paper?
Both — Avery 16154 for tear-away stubs, plain-paper layouts with cut lines otherwise.
