Photo Calendar — bigger calendar

NEW
Single-month photo calendar · bigger calendar

Build a photo calendar with the calendar as the focal point.

The photo becomes a wide banner on top and the calendar grid takes the majority of the page — much more room to write in each day. Drag the photo inside the banner and zoom to crop it exactly where you want.

Tips for the best result

Use a wide landscape photo. The banner is twice as wide as it is tall, so landscape-oriented pictures (scenery, group shots, panoramas) compose best. A portrait-oriented phone photo works too — just use the drag + zoom to position the subject in the banner.

Drag and zoom to frame it right. The crop frame on screen shows exactly what ends up on the page. Drag the photo to pan, pull the zoom slider to crop in tighter.

Type events directly in the PDF. Every date cell has a multiline fillable text box. Works in Adobe Reader, Mac Preview, Chrome, Firefox — no Adobe Acrobat required.

Holidays are labeled for you. US federal holidays plus popular observances (Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.) are auto-marked on the correct dates for the month and year you pick.

Frequently asked questions

What's the photo aspect ratio for the banner?
The banner area is roughly 2:1 (twice as wide as tall). A landscape phone photo, scenic shot, or panorama composes best — but the drag + zoom cropper makes any photo fit, including portrait shots.
How big are the date boxes compared to the standard photo calendar?
About 35% taller than the bigger-photo layout. That's enough room to write 2–3 short events per day in handwriting, or paste several lines of typed text into the fillable PDF fields.
Can I type events directly into the date boxes?
Yes. Every date cell is a multiline fillable text field. Open the printed PDF in Adobe Reader, macOS Preview, Chrome, or Firefox — type into the cell, then save or print. No Adobe Acrobat (paid version) needed.
What happens to a portrait-orientation photo in the banner?
The cropper centers the photo and zooms to fill the banner width — you'll see the middle vertical slice of the image. Use the drag handle to pan up or down to a better-framed slice if the default isn't right.
Will my photo be uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser. The image you select is read locally and the PDF is generated on your device — no upload, no third-party service, no analytics on the photo content.
What size paper does it print on?
US Letter (8.5 × 11") in portrait orientation. Works with any home or office printer.
