Super Bowl Housewarming Party Invitations

Three invitations that make game day a housewarming: First Down, New Home, a craftsman house with a pennant garland across the porch, a welcome mat and a Sold sign, labeled A Housewarming & Super Bowl Party, with Tour at halftime · bring your appetite on the back; New House, Big Game, a key ring with a house key and a small leather football fob, labeled Welcome Home; and Come See Our New Place, the front of a house framed like a jumbotron with your own photo of the new place on the screen, labeled Housewarming · Watch Party. First Down, New Home opens in Red & Navy, New House, Big Game in Orange & Navy and Come See Our New Place in Navy & Orange.

Hosting tip

Say on the card whether gifts are expected. A watch party guest won't bring one; a housewarming guest will wonder. "No gifts needed" or "Bring your appetite" settles it, and a tour at halftime or at kickoff gives the house its moment.

How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. One of these designs has a photo window: drop in a picture and drag it until it sits where you want it. Type the hosts' names, the date and the place; the front says both reasons for the party, and the back has room to say whether gifts are expected, when the tour, the cake or the awards happen, and that families are welcome.

Pick one of the three team-color palettes drawn for the design, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG to text or email, or a Word file. Frequently asked questions

Can a housewarming be a Super Bowl party?

It's a natural pair: guests get a reason to come and a built-in schedule, with the house tour at halftime or at kickoff. Say both on the card, as all three designs do.

Which design takes a photo of the new house?

Come See Our New Place: the house is framed like a stadium jumbotron with a landscape photo window. Drop in a photo of the front door or the living room.

Can I use these for a game that isn't the Super Bowl?

Yes. The labels are live text: change them to A Housewarming & Game Day Party, as New House, Big Game's playoff-weekend sample suggests.
