Office & Church Football Watch Party Invitations

Two invitations for a watch party with a group: Office Watch Party, a pennant garland across the break-room TV with coffee mugs and a box of donuts, for the Harbor Point Design Team in the sample, with Wear your jersey Friday on the back; and Community Watch Party, a long fellowship-hall table with slow cookers, a TV on a cart and folding chairs, at the Maple Grove Community Center, badged Bring a Side. Neither shows alcohol. Office Watch Party opens in Navy & Orange and Community Watch Party in Forest Green & Orange.

Hosting tip
For a group, make the invitation easy to say no to and easy to say yes to: say that everyone is welcome whether or not they follow football, and give one simple job, such as bringing a side. A sign-up sheet by the coffee maker does the rest.
How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. Type the hosts' names, the date and the place; the front says both reasons for the party, and the back has room to say whether gifts are expected, when the tour, the cake or the awards happen, and that families are welcome.

Pick one of the three team-color palettes drawn for the design, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG to text or email, or a Word file. For more lines to put on the card, see the football party wording ideas and the football party etiquette guide.
