Most of the set is full colour on a patterned ground — dots, honeycomb, leaves — with three line drawings for anyone printing a classroom's worth, and two silhouette scenes for the older readers who want something quieter.
The flower set on this site is all blooms. This one is everything that visits them. Which creatures are in the Butterflies & Bees set?
Three named butterflies (a monarch, a blue morpho and a swallowtail) plus a swarm of small ones; four bee designs (Happy Bee, The Beehive, Honeycomb and Bee Kind) and a fifth with bees on lavender; then a ladybug, a dragonfly over a pond, a caterpillar with its chrysalis, and a hummingbird at a trumpet flower. The rest of the set is the garden itself: a toadstool with a snail, an oak leaf and acorn, fern fronds, a meadow at sunset and a jar of fireflies.
Are these drawn as the real species?
Close enough to name. The monarch has the orange-and-black wings with white spots, the morpho is the iridescent blue with a dark border, the swallowtail is pale yellow with the tails, and the beehive is the old straw skep shape. They are cartoons, not field-guide plates, but a child who knows a monarch will recognise it.
Which designs use the least ink?
Swallowtail, Lavender Bee and Fern Fronds are drawn as line art on near-white paper with one soft accent colour, so they cost very little to print. The two silhouette scenes (Meadow at Sunset and Firefly Jar) and the Blue Morpho have solid dark backgrounds and use the most. The ink-friendly badge in the builder marks the light three.
Can I put a child's name on each bookmark?
Yes. Every design leaves a clear band for a name, and you can type one per bookmark and choose where it sits. The name prints in the design's outline colour on a small white plate, so it stays readable over the patterned or dark backgrounds.
