A whole school day

A whole school day, drawn for crayons.

Twenty-seven scenes grouped the way a school day actually runs — so a class set can span the room, the art table, the playground, and the awards assembly.

The classroom
The chalkboard, the teacher's desk, the clock and bell, notebook doodles, alphabet blocks, the globe — the room itself, drawn as big colorable shapes.
Supplies & art
A backpack with a blank name tag, a crowded pencil cup, a crayon box, the easel, and two paint handprints with room for every color in the tin.
Recess & sports
Swings, the slide, hopscotch, and four sports scenes — soccer, basketball, baseball, race day — for the kids who live for the bell.
Milestones
The star award rosette and the graduation cap, which double as an end-of-year keepsake when a certificate feels like too much.
Print these on the first week of school with names already in the banners and you have solved two problems at once: the kids get a coloring activity while you learn thirty names, and every desk ends up labeled by its owner.— David, Apollo’s Templates
Classroom questions

School coloring bookmark questions.

What school scenes are in the set?

Twenty-seven designs across the whole school day: the bus, the schoolhouse, a chalkboard with ABC, the teacher's desk, the classroom clock and bell, notebook doodles, alphabet blocks, the globe, the library shelf, a backpack, a pencil cup, a crayon box, the art easel, paint handprints, music class, the science lab, a lunch tray, swings, the slide, hopscotch, soccer, basketball, baseball, race day, a star award rosette, and a graduation cap.

Are these good for a whole class set?

That's exactly what they're for. Four bookmarks print per sheet, so a class of 28 is seven sheets. Type each student's name into its banner before printing, or leave them blank and let kids write their own. The white backgrounds mean a full class set barely touches your ink budget.

When do teachers use color-your-own classroom bookmarks?

Back-to-school week (a name bookmark doubles as a desk tag), reading-log rewards, indoor recess, substitute-day filler, and end-of-year gifts. The graduation cap and star award designs also work as a small end-of-year certificate alternative.

Where does the student's name go?

Every design has a name banner drawn into the artwork near the bottom. Type a name per bookmark and it prints inside that banner in your pick of four typefaces — Playfair, Tinos, Dancing Script or Prata — and the banner's own border is colorable too. The name is printed into the artwork rather than left as an editable field, so type it the way you want it printed.

Are the school coloring bookmarks free?

Completely — no account, no watermark, no per-classroom license. Print as many as your school needs. The PDF is built by your own browser, so nothing you type, including student names, is uploaded anywhere.
