What's in the set

Eighteen sayings, four moods.

Every design puts its saying in chunky retro lettering on a cream plate so it reads over the patterned grounds — blush, sage, sky, mint, lilac, butter, graph paper — with a small picture above and a pair of daisies, stars or a heart below. Only two of the eighteen are dark: the navy night behind Shine Bright and the plum behind Rest Is Productive.

Confidence
You've Got This, Be Brave, Shine Bright, Dream Big and I Am Proud of You — a smiling sun over bubble lettering, a lion with a wild mane, a big gold star on a navy night, a hot-air balloon rising past the clouds, and a prize rosette with a star in the middle.
Kindness
Be Kind Always, Speak Kind Words and Choose Joy — a heart held between two open hands, two speech bubbles with hearts inside, and a rainbow arcing over a pair of small clouds.
Effort and growth
Progress Not Perfection, Grow Through What You Go Through, Small Steps Every Day, Mistakes Help You Grow and Bloom Where You Are Planted — a staircase of blocks climbing to a star, a sprout breaking through the soil, a winding path of footprints to a flag, a pencil with a big pink eraser, and a pot of tall daisies.
Rest and steadiness
Just Breathe, One Day at a Time, You Are Enough, Rest Is Productive and Today Is a Good Day — rings rippling out from a leaf, a calendar with a single heart-marked day, a hand mirror reflecting a heart, a sleepy moon on a pillow, and a coffee mug with a sunrise coming out of it.
A school counsellor asked me for these. She had a drawer of bookmarks with quotes printed in a default font over a stock photo, and none of them looked like something a kid would keep. So each saying here got its own drawing first and the lettering second — the lion is the point of Be Brave, not the words.— David, Apollo’s Templates
Questions

Before you print.

What do the eighteen bookmarks say?

You've Got This, Be Kind Always, Just Breathe, Progress Not Perfection, Grow Through What You Go Through, Shine Bright, One Day at a Time, You Are Enough, Dream Big, Choose Joy, Small Steps Every Day, Be Brave, Speak Kind Words, Rest Is Productive, Today Is a Good Day, Bloom Where You Are Planted, Mistakes Help You Grow and I Am Proud of You. Each saying has its own picture — a smiling sun, a heart held in two hands, a lion, a hot-air balloon, a moon on a pillow, a prize rosette.

Is the lettering real text I can edit?

No. The sayings are drawn as outlined letterforms, part of the artwork, so they print identically on every printer and never fall back to a substitute font. What you can change is the name band under the picture — type a name on each bookmark and it prints in the design's ink colour on its own plate.

Are these suitable for a classroom or a counselling office?

That is who they were drawn for. The sayings are the kind teachers, school counsellors and librarians already put on walls — kindness, effort over perfection, rest, small steps — with nothing preachy or religious, so a mixed sheet works for a whole class. I Am Proud of You and You Are Enough are the ones most often printed one-per-child with a name on each.

Which ones print cheapest?

Today Is a Good Day, Mistakes Help You Grow and Choose Joy sit on white or pale-yellow grounds and use the least ink. Shine Bright (navy) and Rest Is Productive (deep plum) are the two dark designs and use the most; every saying sits on a cream plate, so it stays readable on either.
