USA Card Templates

Free printable patriotic / USA card templates for honoring veterans, active military, community service awards, Memorial Day or Fourth of July gatherings, Eagle Scout courts of honor, and all-American team-pride gifts. 2.5″ × 3.5″ trading-card size, 3.5″ × 5″ frame-worthy keepsake.

The USA card is the one that doesn't fit any of the other sport categories — and that's the point. Use it for a Memorial Day veteran-recognition gift. For a Fourth of July gathering with the family who served. For an Eagle Scout court of honor. For a community-service award at a youth program. For a deployment send-off. For a homecoming. For a flag-football or all-American team that wants the patriotic emblem on the card.

The Position field is freeform — "US Army Veteran", "Eagle Scout 2026", "Memorial Day Tournament", "Volunteer of the Year", or whatever the moment calls for. The Team field works for the unit, the troop, the program, or the family name. The PDF generates locally; no upload, no account, no watermark.

Where the patriotic card actually shows up

The USA card is the most-flexibly-used template in the catalog. It shows up in places the team-sport cards don't:

  • Veteran recognition. Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Fourth of July — community organizations print veteran cards for the local-paper photo and the family scrapbook. Service-era photo + branch + years served.
  • Eagle Scout court of honor. One Enlarged per new Eagle, presented at the troop's annual ceremony. Troop number in the team field, "Eagle Scout — [Year]" in the position field.
  • Deployment send-off. Family prints a card for the kitchen wall — service member's photo, unit, deployment dates. Comes down when they get home.
  • Homecoming. Welcome-home version with the family's photo at the airport meeting the service member. Goes in the family's deployment scrapbook.
  • Community service award. Volunteer firefighter, EMT, school-board member, town volunteer of the year. Position field carries the role; the patriotic emblem reads as civic-honor without being explicitly military.
  • 4-H, Boy / Girl Scouts, Boys & Girls Clubs. Youth-organization awards with patriotic flair. "County 4-H Champion", "Brownie Bridge Year", "Bear to Webelos", "Cubs Arrow of Light".
  • All-American sports team. Some patriotic-themed all-star teams (Memorial Day Tournament champions, Fourth of July baseball league all-stars) prefer the USA card to the sport-specific one.

Frequently asked questions

Are these only for sports — can I use them for veterans or community service?
Yes — community service, military recognition, and veteran honors are some of the top use cases. The Position field is freeform: "US Army — 25 years", "Marine Corps Reserve", "Eagle Scout — Troop 121", "Volunteer Firefighter", "4-H County Champion". The patriotic emblem makes it the right card for any moment that calls for a flag-and-eagle vibe.
Are these good for a Memorial Day or Veterans Day event?
Yes. Many community organizations print Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ cards for veterans at Memorial Day and Veterans Day breakfasts. The card shows the veteran's photo (often a service-era photo, not current), branch + years of service in the position field, and the year of the recognition. Frame and present.
Can I use these for Eagle Scout / Gold Award courts of honor?
Yes — the Eagle Scout court of honor is a great use case. Print one Enlarged 3.5″ × 5″ for the new Eagle, with troop in the team field and "Eagle Scout — [Year]" in the position field. Frame for the parents. Many troops also print 9-up Team sheets with the full year's Eagle class for the troop's keepsake.
Are these for 4-H, Boys & Girls Clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts?
Yes — youth-organization award use is very common. The patriotic emblem reads well for civic-themed awards. Use the team field for the troop, club, or chapter name and the position field for the achievement ("County 4-H Champion 2026", "Brownie Bridge Year", "Cubs Arrow of Light").
What about a deployment send-off or homecoming?
Yes — military families use these for deployment send-offs (a card with the service member's photo and unit) and homecomings (a Welcome Home version with the family's photo waiting). The Enlarged size frames cleanly for the family's wall when the service member is away.
