Most of the set is full colour in pink, teal and gold on cream or midnight grounds, with two moonlit silhouettes for the older readers and one clean line drawing — the resolutions checklist — for anyone printing a classroom's worth or planning to write on it.

Which ones work as party favors, and which for a classroom in January?
For the party, print the small size on card stock and put one at each place or in the favor bags: Cheers!, Ball Drop, Midnight Clock, Disco Ball, Party Clacker and Grand Finale are the ones that look like the night. For a classroom coming back in January, Fresh Page, Resolutions, New Year New Start, Wish Star and the Balloons are quieter and carry no champagne, and a teacher can type every child's name on their own bookmark.
What is the Resolutions bookmark for?
It is a spiral checklist drawn in outline, with the first two boxes ticked and the rest blank, on a white ground. Children write their own resolutions or reading goals on the lines, tick them off through the year, and keep it in the book they are reading. It is also the cheapest of the set to print by the classroom-load.
Which ones use the least ink?
Resolutions is a line drawing on white and costs very little to print. Cheers!, Party Hat, Party Clacker, Toast Together, Balloons, New Year New Start and Fresh Page sit on cream, white or pale grounds and are the next lightest. The night designs — Midnight Clock, Ball Drop, Grand Finale, Sparkler Kids, Wish Star, Disco Ball and Deco Midnight — have solid dark grounds and use the most. The ink-friendly badge in the builder marks the light one.
Can I put a name on each bookmark?
Yes. Every design leaves a clear band for a name, and you can type one per bookmark and choose where it sits. The name prints in the design's outline colour on a small white plate, so it stays readable over the night skies, the confetti and the gold.
