Which holidays are marked across the year?
The statutory rest days of the Ley Federal del Trabajo — Año Nuevo, Constitution Day (first Monday of February), Benito Juárez's birthday (third Monday of March), Día del Trabajo, Independence Day, Revolution Day (third Monday of November) and Navidad — plus the sexennial presidential-inauguration holiday on 1 October when it applies (next: 2030).
How do the puentes work?
Three of the holidays are Monday-moves written into the law, so they always create long weekends: the first Monday of February, the third Monday of March, and the third Monday of November. Print the year and they're visible at a glance — no guessing which date the puente lands on.
¿Incluye Semana Santa y el 12 de diciembre?
No — no son días de descanso obligatorio según la LFT, aunque muchísima gente los celebra. Los bancos cierran el Jueves y Viernes Santo, pero la ley no obliga al descanso. Puedes escribirlos en las casillas de cada día, junto con Día de Muertos, el 10 de mayo y las fiestas de tu ciudad.
