Business Cards
Circle & Square Logo Business Cards
Round logo? App-style icon? Square brand mark? This layout gives it a compact block on the left — contained, never cropped, never stretched — with your name and contact details filling the rest of the card. It’s the most popular arrangement in the family for a reason: nearly every modern logo fits it. Drag in a PNG, type your details, and download a 10-up PDF sized for Avery 5371-compatible stock.
Contained in the logo area — never cropped or stretched. PNG with transparent background renders best.
Largest line on the card.
Use two lines if you have a suite or ZIP.

Focus any form field on the left to see where it lands on the card. The final PDF prints 10 identical cards on one US Letter sheet (Avery 5371 and family).
For perfect Avery alignment
In your printer dialog, set Scale = 100% (Actual Size), paper = US Letter, orientation = Portrait. Do not pick “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit” — those scale the sheet by a few percent and throw off the cuts. Print one test page on plain paper first and hold it up against an Avery sheet to confirm the cards line up.Compatible with Avery 5371 · 2″ × 3.5″ · 10 per sheet

Frequently asked questions
What Avery products does this template work with?
The sheet is sized to Avery's standard 2″ × 3.5″, 10-per-sheet US Letter business card geometry (template 5371). It prints correctly on Avery 5371, 5376, 5377, 5870, 5871, 5874, 5876, 5877, 5911, 8371, 8376, 8377, 8471, 8870, 8871, 8873, 8876, 8877, 18871, 27871, 27881, 27883, 28311, 28371, 28877, 28878, 38871, 38873, 38876, 55871, 55876, 95318 as well as any non-Avery sheet labelled the same dimensions.
Is it really free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it's completely free. No signup, no email, no watermark. The PDF is generated right in your browser — your logo and contact details never leave your computer.
Will my round logo get cropped or squashed?
No. The logo is contained inside the square block — never cropped, never stretched. A circular logo sits inside the square with its aspect ratio intact, which is exactly how round marks are meant to be placed.
What logo file works best for a circle or app-style icon?
A PNG with a transparent background, ideally 500 pixels or larger on the short side. Transparency matters most for round logos — without it, a white box prints around your circle. JPG works too if your logo already sits on white.
Does this layout work for monograms and initials?
Very well — a single-letter monogram or two-letter mark reads cleanly at the compact block size. If your monogram is distinctly tall (a vertical crest or stacked letters), the Tall Logo layout gives it a full-height strip instead.
How do I make sure the printed cards line up with the perforations?
Print at 100% scale (“Actual Size”), US Letter, portrait — and never “Fit to Page”, which shrinks the grid a few percent and drifts every card off its perforation. Run one plain-paper test page and hold it against the Avery sheet before committing card stock.
