Wide Logo & Wordmark Business Cards

Some brands are their name — a horizontal wordmark or a full lockup with the icon sitting beside it. This layout runs that mark across the card’s entire top half at nearly 3.5 inches wide, the biggest logo stage any 10-up card layout can offer, with your contact details beneath. Upload a high-resolution PNG, type your details, and download a print-ready sheet for Avery 5371-compatible stock.

Focus any form field on the left to see where it lands on the card. The final PDF prints 10 identical cards on one US Letter sheet (Avery 5371 and family).
Print options
For perfect Avery alignment
In your printer dialog, set Scale = 100% (Actual Size), paper = US Letter, orientation = Portrait. Do not pick “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit” — those scale the sheet by a few percent and throw off the cuts. Print one test page on plain paper first and hold it up against an Avery sheet to confirm the cards line up.

Frequently asked questions

What Avery products does this template work with?
The sheet is sized to Avery's standard 2″ × 3.5″, 10-per-sheet US Letter business card geometry (template 5371). It prints correctly on Avery 5371, 5376, 5377, 5870, 5871, 5874, 5876, 5877, 5911, 8371, 8376, 8377, 8471, 8870, 8871, 8873, 8876, 8877, 18871, 27871, 27881, 27883, 28311, 28371, 28877, 28878, 38871, 38873, 38876, 55871, 55876, 95318 as well as any non-Avery sheet labelled the same dimensions.
Is it really free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it's completely free. No signup, no email, no watermark. The PDF is generated right in your browser — your logo and contact details never leave your computer.
How much room does my wordmark actually get?
The full card width across the top half — the largest logo area of any layout here. A horizontal wordmark or full brand lockup (icon + name side by side) displays at nearly 3.5 inches wide.
My wordmark is long and thin — will it print sharp?
Upload it big: for a full-width placement, a PNG around 1000 pixels wide keeps the letterforms crisp at 300-dpi print resolution. Small web headers (200–300 px) look fine on screen but soften noticeably on paper.
What's the difference between a wordmark and a lockup — and does it matter here?
A wordmark is your name set in your brand type (think Google or FedEx); a lockup is the icon and name arranged together as one unit. Both are horizontal by nature, and both belong in this layout — upload whichever version your brand files call “horizontal” or “landscape”.
Anything special about printing this layout?
Same rules as the whole family — 100% scale, US Letter, no “Fit to Page” — but with a wide logo it's worth checking the plain-paper test print for ink coverage too: large solid-color logos can look banded on draft mode, so print at normal or best quality.
Not the right fit? Try the No Logo, Square / Circle Logo, or Tall Logo layout.
