Frequently asked questions
Which holidays are marked across the year?
All ten Irish public holidays — New Year's Day, St Brigid's Day (first Monday of February, or Friday 1 February when that's the date), St Patrick's Day, Easter Monday, the four bank holiday Mondays (May, June, August first Mondays; October's is the last Monday), Christmas Day and St Stephen's Day — plus the weekday observed in lieu when a fixed holiday lands on a weekend.
How do I turn it into a year planner?
Generate the 12-page PDF, type recurring events into the date cells in any PDF viewer, then print and bind (staple, comb or ring). School terms, GAA fixtures, birthdays — a personalised planner you can reprint any time.
Do you have a tax-year version?
Ireland's tax year has matched the calendar year since 2002, so this January–December planner already is the tax year. If you want it on a single page with the four quarters colour-coded — handy for VAT periods and preliminary-tax planning — use our Ireland Tax Year Calendar.
What paper size does it use?
A4 and US Letter both print cleanly, one month per page, portrait.
Is it free?
Yes — completely free, no signup or watermark.
