Sunflower Bridal Shower Invitations

Sunflower bridal shower invitations in three looks: Sunflower Wreath, a full wreath of sunflowers, daisies and wheat around the headline; Sunflower Bouquet, a tall bunch tied with twine under "Bride to Be"; and Sunflower Bloom, one big bloom with scattered petals, the simplest of the three. They suit a summer barn party, a backyard brunch or a September shower on the farm. Sunflower Field and Golden Sunflower keep them yellow, and each design also comes in a cooler palette such as Sage Garden, Dusty Blue or Midnight Navy, or a warm Terracotta.

Hosting tip
Real sunflowers make the cheapest big centerpiece there is, but they droop fast in heat. Buy them two days ahead, recut the stems at an angle under water, and keep them in a cool room until the shower; a few stems in a mason jar on each table matches the invitation without any other decoration.
How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. Type the bride's name, the date and the place; the back carries the details again with one practical line, such as the registry, a recipe card to bring, or that the party is outdoors. Pick the palette that matches the wedding flowers.

Pick one of the three palettes drawn for the design, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG to text or email, or a Word file. For more lines to put on the card, see the bridal shower invitation wording ideas and the etiquette guide.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a sunflower invitation with navy?
Yes. Sunflower Bloom has a Midnight Navy palette, and Sunflower Wreath a Dusty Blue one, for the popular sunflower-and-blue pairing.
Which sunflower design suits a fall shower?
Sunflower Bouquet, drawn with wheat and twine and opening in Terracotta with a September date. It asks guests on the back to bring a recipe card for the bride-to-be.
Can I add a recipe card request?
Yes. Sunflower Bouquet already says "Please bring a recipe card for the bride-to-be" on the back; on the other two, type it into the note line.
