Hosting tip

With one Santa and a room of children, the line is most of the party. Set a coloring or cookie-frosting table beside it and say so on the back note, so families know there's something to do while they wait.

How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. Each of these designs has a photo window: drop in a picture and drag it until it sits where you want it. Type the class, the family or the child as host, the date badge and the place; the back has room for the line parents need most, such as a snack to send, a gift limit or a pajama reminder. Tick Leave the details blank to print a stack to fill in by hand.

Pick one of the three palettes drawn for the design, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG or a Word file.
