Monster Party Invitations for Kids

Kids' monster party invitations with round, smiling monsters: One-Eyed Monsters, a group of green monsters with one big eye, Polka-Dot Monster, a spotted monster under Little Monsters Welcome, and Franken Friend, a square-headed green friend grinning beneath a Monster Party headline. Nothing here bites. Pick the original colors, Pink Halloween, Boo Pastel, Witchy Lilac or Black & White, type the details, and download a PDF or a phone-sized image.

Party tip
A monster makeup station keeps a costume party moving for kids who arrived without one: green face crayons, a few stick-on eyes and a mirror. Franken Friend's sample puts it on the back note so parents know their child doesn't need a full costume.
How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. Type the family or the birthday child under Hosted by, the date and the place; the back carries the details again with one practical line: costumes welcome, bring a treat bag, wear something that glows, or a pick-up time.

Pick the original colors, the second palette, or Black & White for a mono printer, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG or a Word file. Every palette is drawn on light paper, so a stack prints without draining the ink. For more lines to put on the card, see the Halloween invitation wording ideas.

Frequently asked questions

Are the monsters scary?
No. They're drawn for preschool and early grade-school parties: big eyes, round shapes and smiles. For grown-ups, the Monster Bash & Zombies designs are a little spookier, still without gore.
Can I make it a birthday invitation?
Yes. Type the age in the badge and the birthday child's name in Hosted by. The Monster Candles design on the kids' Halloween birthday page is drawn for exactly that, with a cake of monster candles.
