Treat the monogram as the wedding's logo: put the same initials, in the same order and palette, on napkins, a welcome sign or thank-you notes so the day matches the mail.

How it works

Names, wording, colors, download

Open a design above in the maker. Type both names, the date and time, the venue and the city once, and every card in the suite fills in; the modern designs keep the date in numerals and leave room around the type. A bright white smooth stock keeps the lines crisp.

Choose one of the three palettes drawn for the design, then download the whole suite as Letter or A4 sheets with crop marks, any single card as a PDF, print-shop PNGs with bleed, a Word file, or a phone-sized picture of the invitation to text. Whose initial goes first?

There is no fixed rule. Many couples follow the order the names appear on the invitation, as both samples do: Aisha Rahman and Ryan Park become A · R. These two designs show two initials, not the three-letter shared-surname style.

Which monogram design is quieter?

Stacked Initials, whose back is the hairline frame alone and whose type is Marcellus. Circle Monogram adds the circle and a field of open circles on the back, and comes in Emerald & Gold and Blush & Gold as well as Navy & Silver.
