Frequently asked questions

Which public holidays are marked across the 12 months?
Australia's national public holidays are marked on every relevant month — New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Choose your state or territory to also mark the local ones (Labour Day, King's Birthday, Melbourne Cup Day, show days and the like), which differ across the country.
Can I choose which state's holidays appear?
Yes — pick your state or territory from the 'Public holidays' dropdown before generating, and all 12 pages use that state's public holidays plus the national ones. Leave it on 'National holidays only' if you'd rather keep it generic.
How do I turn this into a full-year planner?
Generate the 12-page PDF, type your recurring events and appointments into the date cells in any PDF viewer, then print and bind (a simple staple, comb or ring binding works). You end up with a personalised year planner you can reprint any time.
What paper size does it use?
It prints cleanly on both A4 and US Letter, so any Australian printer will handle it. It's portrait, one month per page.
How is this different from the US yearly calendar?
It's the same 12-month fillable planner, but this version marks Australian public holidays and uses Australian conventions. For US federal holidays, use the US Yearly Event Calendar — they're regional versions of the same tool.
Is it free?
Yes — completely free, no signup or watermark, and you can print as many copies as you like.
