Can the badge say something other than Bridal Brunch?

Yes. The badge is editable on all three: the date, Brunch & Bubbly, or the time. Coffee & Croissant's sample badge is simply the date, Sunday, May 2.

What time should a bridal brunch shower start?

Most start between 10 and 11 in the morning and run about two and a half hours. The samples say the mimosa bar opens at 10:30, which gives early arrivals coffee first.

Is there a design without alcohol?

Coffee & Croissant leads with coffee and pastries; its note reads "Coffee, pastries and mimosas", and you can drop the mimosas from the note.
