Engagement Dinner Invitations

Two engagement dinner invitations for a sit-down meal: Place Setting, a plate with a menu card, cutlery and a ring dish under Dinner in Their Honor; and Long Table, a long table under swags of string lights for an outdoor dinner, headed Engagement Dinner, Under the Lights. Place Setting's back reads Dinner for family and friends and Long Table's Dinner under the stars. Place Setting opens in Navy & Gold with Terracotta and Champagne & Blush; Long Table opens in Sunflower with Navy Blue and Burgundy.

Hosting tip
A dinner has a fixed guest count, so set the RSVP date at least two weeks before the dinner and tell the restaurant or caterer the number right after. If partners of guests are invited, address the envelope to both by name; that is the clearest way to say who the seat is for.
How it works

Details, wording, colors, download

Open any design above in the maker. Type the couple's names, the date and the place; the badge can carry the date or simply Engagement Party. The back carries the details again with one line for who is hosting, the dress code, or that gifts aren't expected.

Pick one of the three palettes drawn for the design, then download a 5 x 7 PDF (front and back), a two-per-sheet letter PDF for home printing, print-shop PNGs with bleed, 4 x 6 PNGs for a photo counter, a phone-sized PNG to text or email, or a Word file. For more lines to put on the card, see the engagement party invitation wording ideas and the etiquette guide.
