Elegant & Formal Wedding Invitations
Twelve designs in five themes, drawn like engraved stationery: laurel and myrtle crests, lily of the valley, calligraphy flourishes and a wax seal, Gatsby fans and Deco sunbursts, gold laurel wreaths, and chapel tracery and doors. The wording is formal by default, with the date spelled out ("Saturday, the twelfth of June") and parents requesting "the honour of your presence", and the reply cards use the traditional M ____ line.

Frequently asked questions
How do I word a formal invitation when one parent has died?
Choose the in-memory option in the wording picker. The Flourish Script sample shows one way: "Mrs. Helen Moreau and the late Mr. Philippe Moreau request the honour of your presence".
Is "honour" or "pleasure" correct?
By long custom, "the honour of your presence" is used for a ceremony in a house of worship and "the pleasure of your company" for one held anywhere else. Both appear in this door, and either line is editable.
Is the gold printed as foil?
No. Gold and silver print as gold- or silver-toned ink on ivory or white paper. For real foil, send the print-shop PNG to a printer that offers it.
