Indian Wedding Invitations

Two Indian wedding suites with an events card in place of a details card. Marigold Mandala pairs a marigold toran with a mandala and opens in Marigold & Maroon; Modern Jharokha is drawn around a jharokha window and opens in Teal & Gold. Both events cards list Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, the wedding and the reception with day, time and place. Marigold Mandala's sample names both families, "son of Mr. & Mrs. Vikram Mehta", and gives the time as "Muhurat at ten o'clock in the morning".

Planning tip
Many families send the events card only to guests invited to every function; print a second set without it for guests coming to the wedding and reception alone.
How it works

Names, wording, colors, download

Open a design above in the maker. Type both names, the date and time, the venue and the city once, and the suite fills in. Ceremonial lines on these designs are switched on or off in the maker and print exactly as written; bilingual backs, events cards and sponsors cards are edited line by line.

Choose one of the three palettes drawn for the design, then download the whole suite as Letter or A4 sheets with crop marks, any single card as a PDF, print-shop PNGs with bleed, a Word file, or a phone-sized picture of the invitation to text. For the words, see the wedding invitation wording guide; for envelopes and timing, the wedding invitation etiquette guide.

Yes. Both designs carry an optional invocation line in Devanagari, ॥ श्री गणेशाय नमः ॥, which you can switch on or off. It starts switched off and prints exactly as written.
Can I change which events are listed?
Yes. Each event on the card has its own heading and lines, so you can rename one, change the times and places, or leave an event blank.
