Your logo, exactly where you want it. Placing a logo cleanly in Word or Google Docs is fiddly — it drifts, resizes, or fights the text. Here you position it once on the preview and download a file with the logo already set at the right size and spot. Prefer to do it by hand? Grab the plain template above and drop your logo into the placeholder in a couple of clicks.

Common questions

What logo file works best?

A PNG with a transparent background sits cleanest on the page — JPGs work too and only get a white box if the file itself has one. Anything up to 8 MB.

Will my logo be stored on your servers?

Word downloads are generated on the fly and nothing is kept. Google Docs copies are created as temporary documents so the copy link works, and are cleaned up on a schedule — your copy in your own Google account is yours permanently.

Can I add my logo myself instead?

Yes — download the plain template and drop your logo into the placeholder: right-click → Change Picture in Word, or click the placeholder → Replace image in Google Docs.
