Can I play bunco with fewer than 12 players?
Yes — 8 or 11 players are common variations. With 11, the empty seat uses the Ghost Card (included in this kit) so the rotation still works. With 8, drop one of the three tables and rotate between just two.

Brunch, on the Saturday before Easter. Sunday is family, and Saturday morning is when people are free. Mimosas, a quiche, and three sets instead of four keeps it to about two hours.
Any Easter twists on the game?
Hide a plastic egg with a prize slip at each table; whoever rolls the first BUNCO at that table opens it. Some groups use pastel dice, and a chocolate bunny is the traditional traveler prize.
Is this kit too Easter for a general spring party?
It's egg-and-pastel rather than religious, so it reads as spring for most groups. If you want no eggs at all, the Spring kit uses a tulip instead.
