Engraved Crest

A wedding invitation suite is the full set of matching cards: the invitation, save the date, RSVP card and details card. Each of our 75 designs is drawn as a whole suite. Type your names and date once, and every card fills in, then print them together or one at a time.

You don’t need all four. A small wedding with a website can do without the details card, and online replies can replace the RSVP card. The invitation is the only card nearly every wedding keeps.
Each column is the number of cards you're printing, which is households rather than guests. Add ten or so of each for mistakes and keepsakes.
| Card | 50 | 75 | 100 | 150 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Invitation (5 x 7) | 25 sheets | 38 sheets | 50 sheets | 75 sheets |
| Save the date (5 x 7 or 4.25 x 6) | 25 sheets | 38 sheets | 50 sheets | 75 sheets |
| RSVP card (3.5 x 5) | 13 sheets | 19 sheets | 25 sheets | 38 sheets |
| Details card (4.25 x 5.5) | 25 sheets | 38 sheets | 50 sheets | 75 sheets |
| All four | 88 sheets | 133 sheets | 175 sheets | 263 sheets |
Each sheet is printed on both sides. For addressing, the envelope formatter prints envelopes and labels from your list, and the timeline calculator gives you a date to mail each card.
The whole-suite PDF holds every card, on Letter or A4: a sheet of fronts and then a sheet of backs for each one, with crop marks. Print at 100%, two-sided, on card stock, and cut with a paper trimmer. The colors are drawn on light paper with the color in the linework and type, so a stack of a hundred won’t empty a home printer.
For a print shop, download each card as a PNG with an eighth-inch bleed. A Word file of the same sheets is also there, with the finished cards as pictures, so make any changes in the maker first.
