Motorized RVs — Class A, B, and C motorhomes — title and register like a motor vehicle: VIN, odometer reading, DMV title transfer. A motorhome is a big-ticket sale, so spell out exactly what’s included — slide-outs, awning, appliances, generator, and any towing gear — in the additional-terms box, and add photos of the interior and exterior so the condition at sale is on the record.

Before the walkthrough

Big purchase, small formality.

Serious RV buyers do a final walkthrough — slide-outs in and out, generator started and hours noted, roof seams inspected, every appliance run. Sign the bill of sale at the end of that walkthrough, not before, so the AS-IS clause reflects a condition both of you just verified together.
